RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your piece from The Woman. As many of our pieces are individually handmade and one-of-a-kind, we kindly ask you to read the following return conditions carefully.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing from within the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the item within 14 days.

Return Conditions

Returned items should be handled only to the extent reasonably necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and functioning.

You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item. Please return the piece carefully and securely packaged to help prevent damage during transport.

Because many The Woman pieces are handmade and unique, natural variations, irregularities and traces of the making process may form part of the character of the piece and are not necessarily defects.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or we have sent you the wrong item, the direct cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us before sending your return so that we can provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or we have sent you the wrong item, the direct cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage. The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us.

Refunds

If you withdraw from the entire order in accordance with your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments we are legally required to refund, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where applicable.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided evidence that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and include photographs where possible so that we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods are not affected by this policy.

Custom and Personalised Pieces

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised for the consumer, where the applicable legal requirements for this exception are met.

Where a piece is custom-made or personalised, this will be clearly communicated before purchase where relevant.

Please note that an item being handmade, unique or one-of-a-kind does not by itself mean that it is excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

Exchanges

Because many The Woman pieces are one-of-a-kind, an identical replacement may not always be available. Where appropriate, we will discuss available alternatives with you.
